By accessing the website and using it to book maintenance services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part, please do not use our services.

We are an "Independent Service and Maintenance Center" specializing in out-of-warranty appliance repairs. We provide genuine parts and offer our own certified warranty on repairs and replaced parts, but we are not the exclusive agent for any brand unless explicitly stated.

When requesting a service via the website or phone, a preliminary appointment is set subject to confirmation. The customer has the right to cancel or modify the request well before the technician arrives. If the customer refuses the repair after the inspection, an "inspection and visit fee" may apply, which is communicated beforehand.

We provide a written warranty on the maintenance performed and parts replaced by our engineers. The warranty covers only the repaired issue and does not cover new faults in other parts, nor does it cover misuse or power fluctuations.
