Troubleshooting Guide for Common Haier Cooker Issues

• Weak or Yellow Burner Flame: This usually happens due to burner nozzles (jets) clogged with grease and burnt food residues, or incorrect air-to-gas mixing. The nozzles need to be cleared or replaced.
• Oven Flame Goes Out After Releasing the Knob: Modern cookers have a safety valve (thermocouple). If this sensor is dirty, misaligned, or faulty, it cuts off gas flow for safety. The thermocouple must be checked and replaced if necessary.
• Auto-Ignition Failing: If the ignition spark is missing, it could be due to moisture on the burner, grease accumulation around the spark plug, or a faulty ignition transformer.
• Stiff or Hard-to-Turn Control Knobs: This is caused by grease getting inside the valve mechanism. The valves must be cleaned and lubricated with high-temperature grease.
